How Rapid Offer Works

Rapid Offers is a guided contract builder designed for Texas real estate agents who are representing a buyer and need to prepare a TREC 1-4 Family Residential Contract quickly and accurately.

This system is built specifically for licensed real estate professionals in Texas and is intended to help agents move through the contract-building process faster by combining profile-based autofill, MLS and Realist data, and guided follow-up questions based on the terms of the deal.

Before You Start

The first step is to create your account and complete your profile. This includes your personal information, license information, and broker details. By collecting this information upfront, the system can automatically insert your agent and brokerage information into the appropriate places later in the contract process, including the final sections.

Once your profile is set up, you'll enter the contract builder and begin on the first page.

Step 1: Upload MLS and Realist to Autofill the Contract

Before moving through the builder, you'll want to click Upload MLS & Realist. This allows Contract Intelligence to pull in property information and automatically prefill up to 22 sections of the contract — so instead of entering every field manually, the system gives you a head start by populating major property-related details.

Step 2: Review Each Section as You Move Through the Builder

Once the autofill is complete, you'll move through the contract one section at a time. Review the prefilled information, confirm it is correct, and complete any fields that still require agent input. The process is designed to be simple and guided so you can focus on accuracy while still moving quickly.

Step 3: Answer Additional Questions When the Deal Requires It

Not every contract is the same. If the terms of the deal trigger additional sections or addenda, the system will guide you through them. For example, if the buyer is using financing, the system may open the Third Party Financing Addendum. Additional pages or prompts will appear so you complete only what is required for that contract.

Step 4: Complete the Final Broker and Property Information

As you get to the final sections, the system will confirm or request any remaining property, agent, or broker information. Because your account profile was created upfront, much of this information can already be carried forward and populated automatically.

The End Result

By the time you finish the guided flow, the contract will be substantially built out and organized based on the information you entered, the MLS and Realist uploads, and the deal-specific questions answered along the way.
